Happiness Hacks - The Workshop Series

The Happiness Hacks workshop is now a 6 week award winning series!

This interactive workshop has been designed to help you incorporate Science backed self care strategies into your daily life.

Every week you will meet with qualified teacher delsi and a group of LGBTQIA+ humans to find out what the research can teach us about happiness.

You will then set your own weekly goals to try out the happiness hacks!

You will document your progress and your mood, to test out whether these strategies are helpful for you.

You will also have the option to be matched up with an accountability buddy. You are your buddy will check in on each other between sessions and cheer each others as you complete your little happiness experiment.

This year we will be offering the workshop online and in person.

Honestly sooo much thought, presentations and TIME has clearly gone into this course!

I love the follow up email with 'things you could do'. I never felt pressured to do them but always did them.

The discussions and self reflection with others really helped me have a lot of AHA moments. I enjoyed setting goals and being gentle with myself to achieve them.

I would definitely recommend this workshop series to a pal! That's a HUGE yes from me! It opens up your heart and you learn beautiful ideas from not just the facilitator but everyone involved.

Thank-you Delsi for sharing your knowledge and inspiration with me during every happiness hacks session.

Your teachings have so much wisdom and have helped me work on my strengths and pushed me to do things I've always wanted to do!

I decided to sign up for the program because I felt stuck in neutral, disconnected from my joy, just off the path and unable to find my way back.

I felt that I knew a bit in theory about how to be happy, but just never made time to focus on it. And that’s a vicious cycle, that when you don’t have time and energy to work on being happy, you have less time and energy and motivation. It’s just very easy to keep doing the same things again and again that you’re comfortable with, but aren’t really satisfied with. So really what I was after was some kind of structure and accountability to make happiness a priority.

I love that everything in the course is based on science. This isn’t just what someone thinks you should do, these are things that have been proven to work by experiments and long-term studies.

I wasn’t expecting that you’d get not just a great teacher, but a whole community of classmates. It’s really a diverse group, all kinds of people, all ages. You get paired up with a buddy throughout the course, and all the students are enthusiastic and have suggestions and check in on each other.

How has it benefitted me? At the beginning you keep a journal of how happy you are each day on a scale of 1 to 10 and at the beginning I was routinely checking in with twos and threes and it had been like that for really too long. But then by the middle of the course I was easily a six or seven most days and even had a few 8 or 9s.

It pushed me into all kinds of new experiences. It made me reflect on what’s important and where my priorities are.

Thanks delsi, it was such great course. This was such a positive experience. I'm so glad I reached out to you for more info.

It was a really well informed course and it helped me to progressively make changes in different areas of my life.

I often feel like there's so many things I should be implementing day-to-day for self care and to support my mental health but it can get overwhelming, so this course helped me week-by-week to go through different components of my life to improve my overall happiness.

I especially liked the signature strengths and could tell that by learning about those, focusing on them and implementing them daily in new ways, that my mood has lifted a lot.

In 2022, The Happiness Hacks workshop series took out the award for Event/Program of the Year in the Beautiful You Coaching Awards.
