Managed and authored by delsi Moleta, the toolkit was created through a co-design process with LGBTQIA+ community members, ensuring it’s grounded in lived experience, community care, and real-world solutions.
Developed on behalf of Your Community Health and Transgender Victoria, and proudly supported by WorkSafe Victoria, this resource is for every employer, HR lead, manager and workplace ally ready to build safer, more inclusive workplaces where LGBTQIA+ people are truly valued.
