Writing & Media
My work spans writing, research, film, and media - exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, safety, inclusion, and queer joy. Across these projects, I bring together lived experience, community knowledge, and evidence-informed practice to contribute to conversations about culture, care, and change.
Research & publications
Being Valued — Workplace Gendered Violence Toolkit
WorkSafe Victoria funded project - co-created by Transgender Victoria and Your Community Health
The toolkit was informed by a survey of 300+ LGBTQIA+ Victorians, alongside a robust co-design process with community members. As part of this project, I authored both the Toolkit and the accompanying Literature Review, which examines current research on LGBTQIA+ safety within contemporary Australian workplaces.
