Pride Summit 2026
Introducing the inaugural Pride Summit 2026, hosted by the Pride South East Alliance.
The Summit will bring together lived experience guest speakers and professionals working with the LGBTIQA+ communities to share knowledge and promote best practice inclusion for the LGBTIQA+ communities.

Who should attend The Summit?
The Summit is for service providers, health professionals, and community organisations working with LGBTIQA+ communities and individuals.
Guest Speakers
The Summit will feature guest speakers Mitch Brown and delsi Moleta.
Mitch is a former AFL player, a proud bisexual man, and a passionate advocate for inclusion and positive masculinity.
delsi a proud queer, non-binary, bi+ educator and inclusion advisor with over a decade of experience supporting organisations to develop safer workplaces for LGBTIQA+ people.
Interactive Workshops
The Summit will include interactive workshops from FVREE, Justice Q, Proud 2 Play, Anastasia Sabatino, Language Justice Network and Headspace. Attendees can book two of the interactive workshops as part of the online booking process.
Who is the Pride South East Alliance?
The Pride South East Alliance is a collective of Local Government Areas committed to advancing the rights, visibility, and wellbeing of LGBTIQA+ communities across the South East region and includes Casey City Council, Monash City Council, Stonnington City Council, Glen Eira City Council, Greater Dandenong City Council and Cardinia Shire Council.
Increasing LGBTQIA+ Inclusion | Professional Development for Service Providers
In this practical session, local service providers will upskill in critical support areas including understanding why inclusion matters, how to use inclusive language, and other strategies that can be applied in your work.

International Women’s Day Mayoral Breakfast Balance the Scales
Join us for our 15th Annual Mayoral Breakfast as we celebrate International Women’s Day.
International Women’s Day is a global occasion that recognises the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, while also calling for continued action to achieve intersectional gender equity.
Our annual International Women’s Day Breakfast will be held at the Clocktower Centre on Friday, 6 March. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, take part in a silent fundraising auction, and hear from a panel of inspiring local leaders who are making a difference in the Moonee Valley community.
This year’s event supports the 2026 campaign, Balance the Scales, highlighting the urgent need for fair, inclusive, and accessible justice for all.
The panellists are:
Kelly Faldon (she/her), a Taungurung woman who lives and works on Wurrundjeri land. Her links with Aboriginal communities around Victoria are strong, her knowledge of community is comprehensive, and she is a respected member of her community. Kelly has been an active member of many Aboriginal organisation boards over her working life, including Djirra, the Aborigines Advancement League, Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service, South-eastern Indigenous Media Association and Songlines Aboriginal Music Corporation. Her strategic role as Community Engagement Cultural Lead at Djirra is responsible for Aboriginal community-facing projects, workshops and activities within the family violence early intervention and prevention space.
Fiona Rothville (she/her) is a Board Member of Moonee Valley Legal Service, where she supports access to justice and advocacy for disadvantaged and vulnerable communities. She is also Director of Workplace Integrity at Deloitte Australia, advising organisations on building ethical, compliant and inclusive workplace cultures. She is a passionate advocate for gender equity and inclusive leadership, and an active contributor to conversations on the future of work and cultural change.
delsi Moleta (they/them) is a proud queer advocate, producer, qualified secondary and adult education teacher and TedX speaker with nearly 15 years of experience in the LGBTQIA+ sector. They are the founder of Unicorns, a grassroots LGBTQIA+ organisation they launched 12 years ago to address the need for safe, inclusive spaces that bring the entire LGBTQIA+ community together. In 2019, delsi made history as the first Australian LGBTI person to successfully take legal action against online anti-queer defamation, becoming a powerful voice against harassment and hate.
